  • Set up of guest book, place cards, engagement photos, bridal portrait, menus, favors etc.

  • Assist bride and wedding with getting ready.

  • Organization and distribution of all wedding flowers and bouquets.

  • Organization of preservation of wedding gown and bouquet.

  • Return of groom and groomsmen tuxedos.

Day of Package

$1,800.00

Your initial consultation will be one month prior to your wedding day. At that time, consultant will finalize logistics with vendors, assist with planning all aspects of rehearsal, ceremony and reception. We will also create detailed wedding day itinerary for all vendors, family members and bridal party to ensure wedding day flows as smoothly as possible. This will allow you to relax and enjoy every moment of your special day.

Before wedding

  • Meeting with you and your fiancĂ© to understand your vision for wedding day.

  • Obtain and confirm all vendor contracts. (Deliveries, set-up, pick-up, and return times)

  • Visit ceremony and wedding sites prior to event.

  • Coordinate with venue and vendors.

  • Development of timeline, itinerary, and floor plans. (to be delivered to bridal party and family at rehearsal dinner)

  • Wedding rehearsal planning and supervision.

  • Advice for wedding etiquette and protocol.

Day of wedding

  • On-site coordination and supervision at ceremony and reception.

  • Behind-the-scenes management addressing and resolving any issues that may arise, including our wedding day emergency kit.

  • Hiring additional assistant(s) when needed, determined by wedding size. (additional fees apply per coordinator)

  • Detailed wedding day timelines for wedding vendors, venue, and banquet staff.

  • Coordinate set up of all seating and decor.

  • Supervise delivery and setup at ceremony and reception.
